Rachel will be performing on Strictly Come Dancing tonight, dancing a Quickstep with her partner Vincent. The show is on BBC1 at 5:50.Rehearsal on Thursday: There were lots of giggles from Rachel, "I don't know what's wrong with me today, I can't stop laughing" - and the usual antics from Vincent. Rachel explained that the show is quite a difference from her days in S Club 7, where she was performing with the rest of the group all the time. Nevertheless she's having the time of her life, and being on Strictly is a dream come true for her!
Rehearsal on Friday: Rachel and Vincent's rehearsal is a tale of two halves. At first they seemed laboured and frustrated, but by the end of the session things improved and Vincent was extremely pleased with Rachel's progress. This positive turn of events meant Rachel was keen to go through the routine again and again - dragging an exhausted Vincent to the dance floor for more.
