Rachel and Vincent arrived at training buoyed by their record-breaking weekend, which saw them achieve Strictly's highest-ever Tango score. But with two dances to conquer this week, including the tricky Argentine Tango, it was straight back to hard work.
Vincent spent most of the morning walking Rachel through their Argentine Tango routine and although it's taking shape, there are a number of difficult lifts which still require a lot more work.
Despite their high spirits, Rachel and Vincent are feeling the pressure of being in the final three. After three months of constant training and performances the strain is showing on their bodies - almost every move today seemed to be causing them pain!
But our pocket rockets know they can't afford to let up, as both are worried about living up to Vincent's reputation as a master of the Argentine Tango. Even with this added pressure the couple remained cheerful and the bond between them was clear, with lots of hugs and smiles.
